This is an MTH Rail King illuminated building. It is # 30-9004 the Rail Town Hobby Shop. A 4 story building that is wired for illumination. I have not tested the bulb. Windows on the 1st floor show shelves of trains. In very good
excellent condition. I do not know if it was ever used. Windows on all 4 floors in the rear. Approximate measurements are 12" high 9" wide across the front and a depth of 8 3/4" at the base. An added bonus with this is an MTH billboard. Comes in the original box. Thanks for looking.

Shipping is calculated before packing is done and sometimes there is a difference in the actual shipping cost and the shipping charge. If that difference is greater than $5.00, I will refund the difference above the $5.00, if it is  $ .50, I will refund $1.00. I normally pack the item as soon as I receive a bid, so if you plan on bidding on another of my items, please make me aware so I do not have to unpack and re-pack everything.
