This is an MTH Rail King # 30-9012 Corner Drug Store red with gray trim. A 2 story building very nicely detailed showing graphics on the inside of the windows customers in the store and a pharmacist and shelves. This came from a collector's collection and I do not believe it was used, it looks like new condition and still has the plastic coverings in the box. Thanks for looking.

I do discount for shipping on multiple purchases if done within the same week, but ask that you please leave me know in advance that you are bidding on another item, so I do not ship your first purchase.
Shipping is calculated before packing is done and sometimes there is a difference in the actual shipping cost and the shipping charge. If that difference is greater than $5.00, I will refund the difference above the $5.00, if it is  $ .50, I will refund $1.00. If the shipping is actually more than charged, I incur that difference and do not expect the buyer to reimburse me. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Please make payment within 3 days of your winning bid. After 3 days, a dispute will automatically be filed. 
I apologize for this, but there have been far too many buyers of late either are paying late, or not at all, and then I have the item sitting around, 
I normally pack the item as soon as I receive a bid, so if you plan on bidding on another of my items, please make me aware so I do not have to unpack and re-pack everything.
