Newly 3D Printed and Assembled Unpainted. Based on classic San Francisco Queen Anne Tower houses. Very intricately detailed and limited production. House comes assembled and bottom drops down to reveal interior. Italianate and Stick Style houses also available. Ready for Room Cube(TM) inserts sold separately.
Era is 1890’s Victorian meant to symbolize the optimism of the Gold Rush. Inclues original details: rounded balcony, bay windows with tower, brick base, dental molding, dormers and sunburst pediment. Two story construction typical in 1890’s including octagonal tower, finials and columned porch. Uniquely designed hinge system allows the house to open up and customize. Window panes are also open (without “glass”) for easy painting.
Can insert HO scale people and furnishings to create a 3D diorama. Some edges may need sanding but can be painted as is.
Color is white to off-white and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. Other models will become available. Not intended to be a Toy. Will come packaged securely with certificate of authenticity. Very rare piece of authentic Victorian design.
